Char the corn, cut off the kernels and add to batter. Shallow fry dollops until the fritters are cripsy. Spoon over julienned cucumber, and creamy avo and drizzle with a mango and orange mayo dressing

TUESDAY - TACO STYLE HOT DOGS


Spice up a little tangy mayo with Smoked Chilli seasoning. Smear generously onto toasted hot dogs and fill with a slaw of shaved iceberg and cabbage. Top with grilled chicken viennas and a salsa of tomato, onion, cucumber and avocado.

WEDNESDAY - LOADED TLT TUNA SANDWICH


Blend avo and mayo and spread generously over bread. Load up tuna, shaved cucumber, lettuce and tomato and top with more dressing

THURSDAY - CHEESE & JAM OAT FLAPJACK SANDWICHES


Place all the ingredients except the cheese and jam in a blender and process. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes or until thickened. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Ladle in 2 T batter and cook for 2 minutes, then flip over and cook for a further minute. Repeat until you have 8 flapjacks. Serve sandwiched with cheese and jam.
