Best. Breakfast bowl. Ever.
This 10-minute booster bowl is deliciously satisfying for breakfast, as a snack, or even as a plant-based dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cultured coconut plain yoghurt: 4 x 150 g
- Smooth peanut butter: 4 teaspoons
- Woolworths Banana Bread Inspired Muesli: 300 g
- Strawberries, sliced to serve
- Wild Blossom Honey
METHOD:
- Spoon the coconut yoghurt into four shallow bowls.
- Swirl a teaspoon of peanut butter into each bowl.
- Top with a generous sprinkle of muesli.
- Add a few sliced strawberries, and drizzle with honey to serve.
