INGREDIENTS:

  • Cultured coconut plain yoghurt: 4 x 150 g
  • Smooth peanut butter: 4 teaspoons
  • Woolworths Banana Bread Inspired Muesli: 300 g
  • Strawberries, sliced to serve
  • Wild Blossom Honey

METHOD:

  • Spoon the coconut yoghurt into four shallow bowls.
  • Swirl a teaspoon of peanut butter into each bowl.
  • Top with a generous sprinkle of muesli.
  • Add a few sliced strawberries, and drizzle with honey to serve.
