Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Woolworths Mediterranean Potatoes
- ½ cup Woolworths French Style Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- ½ - 1 t mustard powder
- ½ red onion, diced
- 4 Woolworths Radishes, thinly sliced
- Microgreens, to top
- 1 kg Woolworths Bulk Classic Potato Salad
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 Woolworths Red Onion, sliced
- 1 packet Woolworths Cheese & Onion Bites
- 2 T fresh Italian parsley

Cooking Instructions
Tried-and-tested homemade potato salad
- Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes until cooked but not mushy. Allow to cool and remove the skins
- Cut each potato into 3 pieces and set aside.
- Combine the mayonnaise, condensed milk, mustard powder and onions and pour over the potatoes. Garnish with the radishes and microgreens.
Level up the ready-made deli salad
- Empty the potato salad into a bowl.
- Caramelise the onion until sticky and golden.
- Crush up the cheese & onion bites and scatter over the potato salad along with the caramelised red onion and fresh herbs.
