Grilled sweetcorn with crisp bacon

Ingredients
- 250 g Smoked bacon, chopped
- 2 Sweetcorn cobs
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- spring onions, chopped, to garnish
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese

Cooking Instructions
- Grill or braai the sweetcorn until cooked.
- Place the bacon in a pan over a medium heat and render the fat. Increase the heat and cook until crisp. Reduce the heat and add the cheese. Stir gently to melt.
- Top the grilled sweetcorn with the bacon and melted Gorgonzola. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
