Breakfast banana split

Ingredients

  • 375 ml plain yoghurt
  • 195 g apple & cinnamon cereal
  • 40 g raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 cup, coasely chopped and roasted cashew nuts, to serve
  • maple syrup, for drizzling
  • 4 large, split lengthways banana

Cooking Instructions

  1. Drain the yoghurt overnight in the fridge, in a strainer lined with paper towel. 
  2. Soak the cereal and raisins in the juice overnight in the fridge.
  3. Serve 2 scoops muesli, 2 scoops yoghurt and a banana sprinkled with cereal and nuts, and drizzled with syrup.
