Ingredients
- 8 Free range chicken drumsticks
- 1T Extra virgin Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1 x 410g Woolworths mild chakalaka
- Creamy pap to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Place the chicken drumstick in oven tray then toss in olive oil and seasoning. Cook in the oven for 30 minute.
- Flip the chicken oven in the baking tray then add the chakalaka and cook for a further 30 minutes.
- Top with coriander and serve with creamy pap or polenta.
