Ingredients
- 130 g tenderstem broccoli tips, half raw and blanched
- 40 g watercress leaves, tough stalks removed
- 350 g strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
- 300 g buffalo mozzarella, torn
- 6 strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
- 6 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, lightly roasted
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Wild blossom honey
