Custard toast with Flavourburst™ plums

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 extra large free range eggs
- 2–3 T honey
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 8 slices of white bread
- 4 Flavourburst™ plums, stones removed and thinly sliced
- Icing sugar, for dusting

Cooking Instructions
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- To make the custard, whisk together the yoghurt, eggs, honey and cinnamon until smooth.
- Using the back of spoon, firmly push into the middle of the bread to make hollow, leaving a boarder around the crust.
- Spoon the custard into the hollow. Top with plums and place in the oven to bake until set and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with a dusting of icing sugar and extra drizzle of honey.
