Zucchini fritters

Ingredients
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 6 sliced baby marrows, grated
- A pinch salt
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup full-cream milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter or extra vigin olive oil
- lemon wedges, for serving

Cooking Instructions
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and butter.
- Pour the liquids into the flour mixture and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the baby marrow.
- Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
