Spicy chicken lettuce wraps

Ingredients
- 4 free-range skinless chicken breast fillets
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp coriander, ground
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes(optional)
- salt
- 1 lemon, cut into 8 slices for garnishing
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- gem lettuce leaves, for serving
- guacamole
- 1 jar chunky salsa
- sour cream, to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Slice the chicken into thin strips and place in a bowl.
- Add the herbs, spices, lemon juice and oil and mix well.
- Allow to marinade for up to 2 hours but no less than 15 minutes.
- Fry the chicken in a hot pan until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve in lettuce leaf ‘boats’ with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
