Sticky pork ribs with potato salad

Ingredients
- 1 Kg pork rib rack
- 250ml Woolworths sticky rib marinade
- 125ml Greek-style yoghurt
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 500g fingerling potatoes, boiled (alternatively, use baby potatoes)
- 1 bulb fennel, halved lengthways
- 100g radishes, quartered
- chives
- sea salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Braai the ribs over an open fire, basting regularly with the marinade.
- Combine the yoghurt, lemon juice and mustard, then toss with the remaining ingredients to make the potato salad.
