Bircher Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tub blueberries
  • honey
  • Berry Beet Smoothie

Cooking Instructions

  1. Soak the oats overnight in the almond milk with a pinch of salt.
  2. Slice the apple into thin matchsticks.
  3. Dry fry the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan until toasty. Spoon the oats into bowls and top with the apple and blueberries. Drizzle over the honey and pumpkin seeds. Serve with Berry Beet Smoothie
