HOW TO USE

• Ideal for serving as wedges or as individual leaves in a salad.
• Trim the base, quarter or half, rinse upside down and drain. Serve with a robust dressing topped with toasted nuts or seeds. Alternatively, char over hot coals for 2-3 minute. Serve warm with your choice of dressing topped with toasted nuts.
